Book ahead for peace of mind
To guarantee your bikes, we recommend booking at least a day in advance during school holidays. A small deposit secures your bikes (and we'll take it off your final bill!).
What you'll need
Have everyone's heights ready when you book.
Collection time
We'll have your bikes ready! If you're running late, please give us a quick call to let us know and we'll hold the bikes for you. If we don't hear from you, bikes will be released after an hour.
Same-day bookings
Give us a ring on 01208 814545 and we'll see what we can do. (online booking isn't available for same day).
Just so you know:
- We can't guarantee bikes without a booking
- We only take bookings by phone or online (no email/Facebook)
- During busy times, bike styles and colours might be slightly different from the photos
Parking spaces are limited and not guaranteed
It's first come, first served, but don't worry! If we're full, we'll happily point you to nearby public parking within easy walking distance.

Have you thought about evening rides?
An evening ride is a great way to experience the Camel Trail during the peak summer months. The trail becomes a little quieter in the evening, and is an ideal time if you're not very confident riding a bike, or if you are looking for a more tranquil experience. Evening rides are from 2pm until 7pm during school holidays. You also get a discounted rate as the hire period is not a full day. Evening rides cannot be booked in advance, just turn up
