Important things to know
To avoid disappointment during school holidays, we kindly ask that you book at least a day in advance. A non-refundable deposit will be required. Don't worry though – the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your booking when you arrive.
When you make your booking, you will need to know the heights of everyone in your group, so please have this information handy.
Please note that we cannot guarantee bikes to anyone without a booking. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to process email or Facebook bookings. If you are 1 hour late for collecting your bikes, they may be released and your deposit lost. If you are going to be late, please give us a call and we will be glad to help.
During busy periods, bike styles and colours may vary slightly to the images.
Is a push bike you want unavailable? Give us a call on 01208 814545 if a bike you are after is unavailable and we will do our best to help you. Online bookings can only be made a day in advance, for same day bookings please call us instead. Please note that our parking facilities are limited and are not guaranteed with your booking, as they are based on a first come first served basis. If you are unable to park with us, we will happily point you towards the nearest public parking facility within walking distance of our bike hire.
Have you thought about evening rides?
An evening ride is a great way to experience the Camel Trail during the peak summer months. The trail becomes a little quieter in the evening, and is an ideal time if you're not very confident riding a bike, or if you are looking for a more tranquil experience. Evening rides are from 2pm until 7pm during school holidays. You also get a discounted rate as the hire period is not a full day. Evening rides cannot be booked in advance, just turn up
